I’ve served as digital content manager in a leading ad agency as well as in a boutique PR firm. There I handled all social media needs of several brands, the biggest being McDonald’s. 

Along the way, I helped create a content strategy for each brand, developing their unique voice and tone in the process. I also managed a team of social media writers and community managers while planning digital campaigns.
